Yesterday, there was an upward push to oil prices in the midst of political uncertainty and sanctions. Things could continue to be tight due to anxiety over the global economy.

Brent Crude has been reduced to $ 64 . 96 , while WTI still remains at $ 55 . 26 currently.

President Trump had recently taken to Twitter to complain about the rising prices of oil, blunting that they are "getting too high" .

He asked the Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries to "please relax" and that they should "take it easy" .

On her part, Nigeria has made known her readiness to reduce oil output just to see to the skyrocketing of prices.

This was made known by the office of the president of the country last week when envoy from Saudi Arabia encouraged Nigeria to go with the decision to cut production.

As the oil market keeps wavering, Brent Crude oil prices is predicted to reach $ 70 to $ 75 a barrel any moment from now.
